My name is Anna Fesz and this is my story.
Grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee and get comfy.
Health and wellness have been a part of my life since I was very young. My grandparents lived on a farm in Poland where I was a frequent visitor. I was fortunate to be brought up on fresh organic produce, so I have a great appreciation for good quality foods and natural living. I have fond memories of spending my summers there.
Throughout my life I tried my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle and always preferred natural solutions and remedies. And yet just like everyone else, there were times when I would fall off the proverbial wagon for various reasons. I kept going though just like we all do and never gave up on myself and my inner desire to further pursue my passion for all things natural. Growing up I suffered with digestive problems, but it wasn’t until my mid 30s when my health began slowly to deteriorate. I started feeling tired all the time and my zest for life withered. Later in my forties I developed hormonal imbalances. All of this left me feeling overwhelmed and made it hard to pursue my dreams. It was only through multifaceted approach that I was able to get better and gain enough momentum to take charge of my life again.
In my own pursuit of health and wellness, I benefited from several healing modalities ranging from nutrition, homeopathy, health coaching to bodywork, art therapy and dreamwork. With each one of them, I experienced benefits taking me closer to my health goals one step at the time. I learnt that quick fixes rarely work and that small steps taken on consistent basis lead to long-lasting results. Through daily self-care practices, we develop ability to bounce back to health much faster even after the most unfavourable life circumstances. I believe this is a more sustainable way to tend to your health.
While living in London, UK I spend more than a decade working in the health food industry. It became clear to me that I greatly enjoyed advising customers on healthy foods, supplements, and health-related topics. It was the gratitude of those that I was able to help that made me think of a career change. It was deeply satisfying to make a difference in people’s lives.
In 2005 I embarked on a 3-year full-time studies of Homeopathy at University of Westminster in London, UK where I also received my practical training at the University’s Policlinic. Homeopathy is my foundational tool to help people like you with their health struggles. I found it to be by far the safest and most effective system of healing. I enjoy ongoing homeopathic education to advance my skills and improve my clinical outcomes.
I am currently pursuing a training to become a Functional Nutrition Counselor to broaden my scope of practice for the benefit of my clients.
I like having effective tools in my toolkit to individualize your healthcare plan as best as I can.
Currently I live with my husband in beautiful Vancouver, BC where I have a virtual practice helping people achieve their health goals and fully enjoy their lives.
THANK YOU for sticking with me so far. Let me know what your health struggles are. I would be honoured to support you.
